3. Pricing, Payments & Deposits
Transparent pricing is fundamental to our business practices. All prices displayed on our platform are quoted in AED (UAE Dirhams) unless otherwise specified.
Payment Terms:
- Yacht charters require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due 48 hours before the charter
- Product purchases require full payment at the time of order
- Real estate transactions follow standard industry payment schedules as per individual contracts
4. Booking & Reservation Policies
To ensure the best experience, we have established clear booking procedures:
- Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment
- Booking confirmations are sent via email within 24 hours of payment
- Special requests should be communicated at the time of booking and are subject to availability
5. Service Delivery Standards
We are committed to punctual and professional service delivery. For yacht charters, boarding begins 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. Product deliveries within Dubai are typically completed within 2-3 business days. For international shipments, delivery times vary based on destination and are communicated at checkout. Real estate viewings are scheduled at mutually convenient times with a minimum 24-hour notice.
6. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth experience, customers are expected to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during booking and registration
- Arrive on time for scheduled services (yacht charters, property viewings)
- Comply with all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our staff
7. Modifications & Cancellations
TIMSA TOURISM reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel services due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, customers will be offered alternative dates/services or a full refund. Customer-initiated modifications or cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.
