  • Refund eligibility is determined based on the type of service, timing of the request, and specific circumstances
  • Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method
  • Bank processing times may add 5-10 additional business days for the funds to appear in your account

2. Yacht & Boat Charter Cancellations

Given the exclusive nature of our charter services and the preparation required, the following cancellation schedule applies:

3. Real Estate Service Fees

Refund policies for real estate services are as follows:

  • Property viewing fees are non-refundable once the viewing has taken place
  • Consultation fees may be credited toward future services within 12 months
  • Transaction deposits are subject to individual contract terms and UAE real estate regulations

4. Product Returns & Refunds

For physical products (watches, electronics, etc.), the following return policy applies:

  • Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging
  • A Return Authorization must be obtained before sending any product back
  • Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item

5. Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Completed yacht charters and services already rendered
  • Customized or personalized products and services
  • Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of wear
  • Gift cards and promotional credits
  • Services booked during promotional periods where non-refundable terms were specified

6. Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances

In cases of events beyond reasonable control, special provisions apply:

  • Severe weather conditions preventing safe charter operations: Full refund or free rescheduling
  • Government restrictions or closures: Full refund or credit for future use
  • Medical emergencies (with documentation): Case-by-case consideration for partial refunds

7. How to Request a Refund

Follow these steps to request a refund:

  1. Send an email to timsatourismllc@gmail.com with subject line: 'Refund Request - [Booking Reference]'
  2. Include your full name, contact details, booking/order reference, and reason for the refund request
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 business hours
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed according to the timelines stated above

8. Refund Payment Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. For credit/debit card payments, refunds appear as a credit on your statement. For bank transfers, you may be required to provide bank account details. Partial refunds are calculated based on the applicable refund percentage and any non-refundable components.
